  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills preferred.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.

Position Title: Warehouse Associate & Driver
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Summary
Extera is seeking a Warehouse Associate responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory handling activities. This position assists with maintaining an organized warehouse environment and supports operational needs across the facility. Work is performed in a warehouse environment with an emphasis on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and inventory.
  • Pick, pack, prepare, and stage customer orders for shipment.
  • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
  • Operate a company box truck to transport materials, equipment, and customer orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory locations and assist with inventory control activities.
  • Operate forklifts, power tools, and other warehouse equipment in a safe manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Support warehouse, leasing, recycling, and other operational activities as assigned.
  • Communicate inventory, equipment, or operational issues to management in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Requires operation of forklifts, power tools, and other warehouse equipment.
