Reece USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver to join our on-site team in Charlotte, NC. You will work in a collaborative warehouse environment, receiving, verifying, staging and stocking materials while upholding safety procedures and efficiency.

On the road, you will deliver materials to customers with a focus on exemplary service and reliability. The role requires physical stamina and a commitment to accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, stand for up to 8 hours, and perform bending, pushing and pulling.
• Warehouse experience with order picking, shipping/receiving and cycle counting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Maintain inventory controls and ensure accuracy and safety.
• Deliver materials to customers on the road with strong customer service.

The Impact You’ll Make

As a Warehouse Associate/Driver, you will work cooperatively in a team to efficiently receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material. Maintaining inventory controls will be vital for this role to ensure all materials are accounted for without error. Safety will be a main priority for you and your fellow team members; thus, you will work together to keep a safe and clean environment and follow safety procedures when utilizing Power Industrial Truck equipment. Together, your team will be the backbone that will keep REECE thriving for years to come.

As a Warehouse Associate/Driver, you will be a Rockstar and have dual responsibilities performing job tasks inside the warehouse and on the road! Working cooperatively in a team within the warehouse, you will efficiently receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material. While on the road, you will deliver materials to our customers with exemplary customer service.

Your Background

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift to 75 pounds, stand/walk for up to 8 hours a day and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment, including order picking, shipping and receiving and cycle counting is highly desired
