Plumbers Supply Co in Louisville, KY is hiring a warehouse associate to join our Market Street branch. You will pick and prepare orders with an RF scanner, ensuring accuracy and fast service in a busy warehouse.

You will read customer orders, retrieve items from racks, update ERP inventory after each pick, and operate equipment like hand trucks and forklifts. We value reliability, teamwork, and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Customer service focus with strong communication skills.
• Dependable attendance and reliability.
• Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivated to learn and grow within the role.
• Stamina to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally more with or without accommodation.
• Physical ability to perform various warehouse tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
