Job summary

PSG Global Solutions, LLC is seeking a physical labor associate for a contract engagement at a shred processing facility in Missouri. The role involves sorting and shredding material by grade, lifting heavy material, and pushing wheeled containers.

Responsibilities include moving bins to shredders/granulators, operating lifts, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. The position is temporary; standard benefits do not apply during the contract duration.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and handling heavy materials safely.
• Strong attention to safety procedures and detail-oriented work.
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Roll and transport wheeled bins to shredders or granulators.
• Secure bins onto lift platforms and operate lifts for emptying.
• Remove empty bins and return them to designated areas.
• Push and maneuver bins up to 350 lbs in shredding areas and 525 lbs in granulator areas.
• Lift and carry boxes of electronic media and place into granulators as needed.
• Unload boxes from pallets and manage contents up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain constant safety awareness and follow procedures.
• Wear PPE and comply with safety and dress code requirements.

Schedule

8:30 AM - 05:00 PM, Monday to Friday,9-hour shifts (includes 30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks)

About the Role

You will support secure the processing and destruction of all materialdelivered to the shred plant which includes sorting, shredding material bygrade and lifting heavy material (70lbs to 100lbs) and/or push as much as300lbs wheeled containers.

What You'll Do:

• Rolland transport wheeled bins of varying sizes to paper shredders orgranulators
• Securebins onto automated electric lift platforms and activate lift mechanismsfor emptying
• Removeempty bins and return them to designated areas
• Pushand maneuver bins weighing up to 350 lbs in shredding areas and up to 525lbs in granulator areas
• Liftand carry boxes of electronic media and place materials into granulatorsas needed
• Unloadboxes from pallets and empty contents weighing up to 50 lbs
• Maintainconstant awareness of surroundings and follow all safety procedures
• Wearrequired PPE and comply with all facility safety requirements

Dress Code:

• Safetygear, including high-visibility vest and safety glasses, will be providedand must be worn at all times
