Job summary

Reece USA in Lubbock, Texas, is seeking a Warehouse Operator / Delivery Driver to ensure customers receive the materials needed for clean water and heating/cooling, while maintaining inventory accuracy.

You will load and unload goods, verify loads, stage stock, and drive safely under various conditions to deliver high-quality customer service. You will also uphold DOT regulations and safety standards on the job.

Qualifications

• Age 21 years or older.
• Must have valid driver’s license for assigned vehicle class.
• Maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material to maintain inventory standards.
• Verify loads to ensure accurate customer deliveries.
• Load/unload materials from the truck and maintain inventory control.
• Operate the appropriate class of vehicle and drive in varied conditions.

Warehouse Operator / Delivery Driver

The Warehouse Utility is empowered to keep our communities safe by ensuring customers receive the materials they need to provide clean water and heating/cooling.

Specific Duties Include

• Working cooperatively in a team within the warehouse to efficiently receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material in order to maintain inventory standards


• Verifying all loads to ensure accurate customer deliveries


• Properly load and unload the materials from the truck, and maintain inventory control


• Operating the class of vehicle necessary for the assignment


• Driving in various conditions, including urban and construction settings

Most importantly, you will deliver high quality customer service and professionalism!

What You Need To Succeed

• 21 years of age or older


• Must have and maintain valid driver’s license for assigned vehicle class


• Class C – Anything 26,000 lbs or less combined gross weight


• Class B – Box truck with a combined vehicle weight of 26,001lbs or more


• Have and maintain a clean driving record
