Job summary

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Redding is hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to support daily warehouse operations, furniture assembly, deliveries, and inventory organization.

Starting at $22/hour (depending on experience), the role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with a Tue–Sat schedule roughly 7 AM–2 PM. The position requires safety-focused work and ability to lift heavy items.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, forklift operation, delivery, or furniture assembly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items with proper equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on varied responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and organize furniture and appliances.
• Assemble furniture and outdoor items.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Assist with inventory management and order preparation.
• Drive company vehicles for local deliveries as needed.
• Complete basic delivery paperwork and vehicle inspections.
• Provide professional customer service.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Redding is hiring a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to support daily warehouse operations, furniture assembly, deliveries, and inventory organization.
We're looking for someone who enjoys physical work, stays organized, takes initiative, and can work independently or as part of a team.

What You'll Do

• Load, unload, organize, and safely handle furniture, appliances, and other household goods.
• Assemble furniture, patio sets, BBQ grills, and other household items.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse.
• Assist with inventory management, scanning, and order preparation.
• Drive company vehicles and assist with local deliveries as needed.
• Complete basic delivery paperwork and vehicle inspections.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Warehouse, forklift, delivery, or furniture assembly experience preferred.
