Job summary

ProFast Supply in Orlando seeks a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to ensure timely deliveries and accurate order fulfillment. This dual-role position combines driving with warehouse tasks to support the overall delivery process.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to operate forklifts or pallet jacks. Prior delivery/warehouse experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required).
• Previous delivery and warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate instruction following.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to customer locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods per routes.
• Perform vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with company standards.
• Load and unload products from the vehicle, ensuring safe handling and secure packaging.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols to ensure safe driving and delivery.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing incoming products in the warehouse.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment.
• Maintain inventory and ensure products are stored in the correct locations.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, to move items as needed.
• Perform regular inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
• Must be able to work in computer system when needed.

The Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products to customers while maintaining the efficient operation of the warehouse. Work Environment and Physical Demands:

This role primarily is spent in a vehicle with some time spent in a warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee may be required to lift up to 20 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance. While in a warehouse setting, the employee may be exposed to the outdoor weather temperature and loud noise.
