Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it.

• DOT medical card or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• 1–2 years experience as delivery driver.
• Class F Endorsement or willingness to obtain.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving by unloading trucks, checking products, and matching purchase orders to sales orders.
• Pick, pack, stage, and distribute customer orders for shipment or delivery.
• Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare LTL and UPS shipments with weights and documentation.
• Process branch transfers and maintain inventory records in company systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Safely deliver materials to customers in a timely manner.
• Verify deliveries against orders and assist with unloading.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and complete DOT documentation.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Ensure trucks are clean, organized, and equipped with safety gear.
• Comply with DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Deliver excellent customer experience with professionalism.
• Communicate with customers and resolve issues per policy.
• Support sales by identifying customer needs and sharing opportunities.

Warehouse Responsibilities

• Prepare LTL and UPS shipments, including weighing and shipping documentation.
• Process branch transfers and maintain accurate inventory records using company systems.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Current DOT medical card or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• One to two years of experience as a delivery driver.
• F Endorsement on license or willingness to obtain.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and climbing.
• Ability to climb ladders up to 12 feet high.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
