Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate - Seasonal role is an important part of our Distribution Center, reporting directly to the Assistant Director, DC. This is a non-exempt role with key responsibilities including Web Fulfillment, Inbound Processing, and Inventory Replenishment. Key Accountabilities & Achievements:
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship online orders, ensuring items are selected, packed, and shipped safely and efficiently.
  • Inbound Processing: Prepare clothing for inventory by folding and tagging, receive and verify shipments, and sort items for processing. Use handheld devices for put-away tasks.
Knowledge, Abilities & Experience for Success:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures is preferred.
  • Ability to learn and operate new systems.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, move about, and ascend/descend stairs, ramps, ladders.
  • Repetitive motions of wrist, hands, and fingers.
  • Vision requirements: close, distance, and color vision.
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, and working closely with others.
Work Environment:
  • Indoor, climate-controlled warehouse setting.
  • Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and game days.
  • Moderate noise levels typical of warehouse environments.
