Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support American Health Packaging operations in the United States. This role involves order fulfillment, cycle counting, using RF scanning equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe distribution area.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM start, overtime may be required. Starting pay $19.00 per hour with potential to earn up to $22.13 per hour through incentives and shift differentials. Physical role requiring lifting and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Capable of performing repetitive manual tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment including stocking, picking, packing, and outbound shipping.
• Perform daily cycle counting and research discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to ensure product integrity and safety.
• Verify received products against documents and report damages.

Job Details

This role is in support of American Health Packaging, a Cencora business offering pharma packaging services in the US.

Shift Details

Full-Time | Monday - Friday 7:00AM until job complete. (Overtime maybe required)

Pay Details

Pay starting at $19.00/HR with potential for up to $22.13/HR based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment - stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries.
• Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment).

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Important Skills

• Able to work in climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand the English language
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hard-working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important.
• Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime. (Overtime in most Distribution Centers is mandatory to enable real-time delivery)
• Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; products vary in weight and size
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role and shift)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Nice to have

• Warehouse or Distribution experience preferred (1 year or less)
• Able to work with RF scanning equipment
