Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates to join a high-performing team. This role focuses on accurate picking, loading, and safe operation of warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a competitive wage and a comprehensive benefits package, including a $1,500 sign-on bonus and additional bonuses after probation. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 6:45am to 2:45pm, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate equipment and follow procedures.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Match numbers and letters accurately.
• Stage and sort products for loading.
• Load and unload trailers.
• Open and close dock doors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Sort and store items in racks or designated areas.
• Move materials within the warehouse.
• Follow safety requirements and complete daily logs.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks as applicable.
• Assemble and pack containers for shipping.
• Read work orders and determine material needs.
• Record units moved on production sheets.
• Scan products using warehouse management system.
