Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support fulfillment operations at our Massillon, OH location. You will sort, scan, repack, label, and palletize inventory, assemble kits, and load trailers to meet customer orders. This is a full-time, first shift role with paid orientation and weekly direct deposit pay.

We offer a set schedule, training, and a collaborative team culture with referral bonuses and regular town halls. High school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort, scan, repack, palletize, label, and wrap inventory.
• Assemble components into kits and label kits.
• Pick and pack bulk and drop-ship inventory for shipment.
• Unload trailers and verify accuracy against PO and packing slip.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Bring material to the production line.
