Job summary

Grainger's Roanoke, TX distribution center is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to support inventory integrity and order processing. Responsibilities include picking, packing, staging, and shipping while maintaining a safe, clean work area.

Work location is onsite at 201 Freedom Drive, Roanoke, TX 76262. You will report to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and collaborate with other DC Associates on daily tasks, shift start at 12:00pm/1:00pm/2:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Able to frequently lift up to 75 pounds.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail, including unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, picking and packing products.
Ensure products are shipped correctly to meet customer expectations for quality and delivery speed.
Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance and overtime requirements as needed.
Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Materials requirements.
Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
