Job summary

Logic Staffing is seeking a General Warehouse Associate to join our team in Auburn, WA. The position offers a full-time, long-term contract with a fixed pay rate of $18 per hour and day shifts (5:30am–2:00pm) or mid shifts (10:00am–6:30pm, moving later).

Responsibilities include order picking, pallet preparation, loading/unloading, packaging, and coordinating with teammates. Must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the US, and able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand 8–10 hours daily.

Qualifications

• General warehouse experience may be preferred.
• Heavy or Light Hands experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Select, prepare, and process orders.
• Prepare pallets for shipment.
• Load and unload product.
• Make boxes and ensure that orders are prepared according to company guidelines.
• Communicate with warehouse staff and teammates regarding daily tasks and assignments.
• Work with a sense of urgency always.
• Other warehouse duties as needed.
