Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group Company, is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Plainfield, Indiana. You will support shipping and receiving functions and maintain inventory and safety standards in a multi-temperature distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift 10–35 lbs and up to 60–90 lbs depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler/freezer/dry).
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• 1+ year warehouse/distribution experience preferred; forklift/pallet jack exp is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs general warehouse duties including forklift put-away, let-downs, will-call selection, returns, sanitation, breaking down pallets, wrapping pallets, order selection, loading, and receiving.
• Keeps warehouse area clean and safe; reports unsafe conditions.
• Performs daily safety checks of forklift/pallet jack.
• Performs damage checks on received items and coordinates removal as needed.
• Replaces batteries on equipment and completes vehicle inspection checklist.
• Reviews work schedule and daily production paperwork for operations readiness.
• Wears all required PPE and safety gear.
• Meets productivity and accuracy standards and completes paperwork.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
