Job summary

Super Products LLC, an Alamo Group Company, is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support loading, unloading and moving materials within our Mukwonago manufacturing facility. You will help maintain inventory accuracy and collaborate with production staff to ensure efficient operations.

The role requires forklift proficiency, OSHA-compliant practices, and the ability to work overtime as needed. We offer Day 1 benefits, a strong safety culture, and opportunities for growth in a growing company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Licensed forklift operator or ability to become licensed.
• Knowledge of Lean Principles.
• Knowledge of point-of-use inventory, pull systems.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials in the facility.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform monthly cycle counts.
• Operate forklift and handle materials from pallets, racks and shelves.
• Collaborate with production staff to address non-conforming materials.
• Update MRD system and maintain visual reorder points.
• Support continuous improvement projects and communication boards.
• Assist with material requests and stock movements to production.
