Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Lansing-area operations. You will greet customers, pick tickets, and load/unload shipments while using RF scanners and the TWL Warehouse Management System to track products.

Your day typically starts around 7:00 AM and runs through 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with minimal weekend work. You’ll lift boxes up to 70+ lbs, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Prior material-handling or warehouse experience preferred.
• High integrity and high energy.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with forklifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, pick tickets, and load/unload shipments.
• Utilize handheld RF scanners to move, track, and manage products through TWL WMS.
• Verify accuracy of orders picked and shipments received.
• Lift and move boxes weighing up to 70+ lbs.
• Keep the warehouse clean and orderly.
