Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is hiring for an onsite warehouse role supporting construction field activities. You will handle daily warehouse tasks, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order prep, including freight paperwork and forklift operation.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and can follow instructions, work safely, and communicate effectively with supervision. Expect irregular hours and active site conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions.
• Field experience in construction/industrial environments.
• Knowledge of safe use of hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day activities of the warehouse department, including shipping/receiving and inventory control.
• Select and prepare daily shipments, pull orders, package, and complete freight/invoice paperwork.
• Palletize, wrap, and deliver orders to shipping area or jobsite disciplina.
• Assist in loading trucks and unloading items from trailers.
• Inspect items for damage or incorrect/short shipments.
