Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Vernon, CA. You will pack, seal, label, and prepare pallets for storage or shipment, and you will manually load and unload products from pallets and skids using lifting devices.

You’ll operate a pallet jack, wrap pallets, and report any damages to your supervisor while following safety standards in cold and dry storage areas. A flexible schedule, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F/-25°C or up to 100°F/37°C wearing PPE.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs (18 kgs).
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends if needed.
• Able to work in varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Pack, seal, and label materials/pallets for storing and/or shipping.
• Manually load and unload product on and off pallets, skids, or lifting device.
• Wrap pallets using a wrap machine.
• Document and report damages or any issues with products to supervisor and follow instructions to correct the problem.
• Operate manual pallet jack equipment.
• Clean and organize the warehouse at the end of the shift.
