We value strong customer service, organization, and adaptability. Lifting up to 150 lbs is required; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory. This full-time role offers benefits and room to grow.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, friendly, empathetic and professional.
• Ability to stay organized and manage priorities independently.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change and feedback.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs and perform frequent bending, lifting, and standing.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and organize shipments of products and materials within the warehouse.
• Prepare and stage materials for installer pickups.
• Clean, organize, and prep trucks for nextday installations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety requirements.
• Assist with team lifts as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on location or shift.
