Job summary

ttg Talent Solutions, Inc. seeks a reliable Warehouse Associate (Material Handler) to support shipping operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will package, label, and handle inventory, using DHL/UPS/FedEx carrier systems and basic office software. Onsite in Doral, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday,Temp to Perm.

Requirements include 6–12 months in warehouse/shipping, HS diploma or GED, ability to lift 75 lbs, and English instruction compliance. Steel-toe shoes are required.

Qualifications

• 6 to 12 months of experience in warehouse or shipping operations.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and carrier platforms (UPS, FedEx, DHL).
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package outbound shipments with attention to accuracy and proper labeling.
• Verify contents and destination of packages and inspect for damages.
• Load/unload materials and place them in storage areas using handling equipment.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and segregation.
• Update shipping logs and maintain packaging supply inventory.
• Use scanners, computers, and software (Excel, Word, Outlook) to track orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in shipping and receiving areas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet shipping schedules and address logistics issues.
• Perform other warehouse tasks and support general operations as assigned.
