Five Star Breaktime Solutions in Oxford, AL is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced warehouse team. You will pick, pack, and prepare orders using scanners and WMS, maintaining accuracy and safety on every shift.

The role emphasizes detail-oriented work, reliability, and hands-on involvement to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/ GED or previous warehouse experience.
• Consent to drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and reach throughout shift.

Responsabilités

• Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
• Follow established processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
• Inspect products for damage and dispose of defective items according to company procedures.
• Safely lift, carry, and move products up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Assist with warehouse organization, restocking, and maintaining clean, safe work areas.
• Follow company safety protocols and participate in team safety meetings.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure order completion.
