Job summary

OnTrac in Fontana, CA is seeking Package Handlers to join our fast-paced warehouse team. You will unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP codes, and load delivery trucks with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Shifts run 1:00pm–4:00pm, Monday through Thursday. Pay is $19.00 per hour with weekly payroll, and eligible benefits include a 401(k) with company match, paid sick leave, and a referral bonus program up to $500 per referral.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods in a warehouse.
• Regularly lift, push, pull, and move items up to 75 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with basic English proficiency.
• Able to operate in variable warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes.

Pay:

$19.00/hour (WEEKLY Pay)

Shifts:

1:00pm - 4:00pm Monday - Thursday

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean‑up activities, as directed by site management.

• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
