Job summary

TD SYNNEX in South Bend, Indiana, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team. In this role you’ll verify products, receive and put away shipments, and support cycle counting to ensure 100% accuracy and on-time delivery.

No prior warehouse experience is required for entry level; forklift/machine operation experience is a plus. We offer 401K match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, health insurance, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Basic warehouse tasks and safety awareness required.
• Experience with forklift or material handling is a plus for higher level roles.
• Ability to read order documents and perform accurate picking.

Responsibilities

• Verify products to reduce errors while picking, cycle counting, put away, and receiving.
• Receive packages and ensure proper put away.
• Maintain cycle count integrity in inventory control.
• Assist with loading/unloading of goods and forklift operations.
• Unpack and check goods against PO or invoices.
• Complete pick processes including Paper Pick, Paperless Pick, and Parcel Batch Pick.
• Lift heavy items and operate a forklift as needed.
