Fluor Corporation in Warrenton, OR is seeking an entry-level Material Management assistant to support procurement under supervision. A TS/SCI clearance is required; duties include administrative procurement tasks, material shipment tracing, and vendor expediting.

Responsibilities include maintaining logs, routing materials to storage, updating Maximo references, operating warehouse equipment, organizing files, and performing other duties as assigned.

Job Description

• Must have active TS/SCI clearance ***

This is an entry-level position. Under close, direct supervision of material management specialists, this position assists in performing administrative and fundamental procurement assignments, material shipment tracing, and expediting activities with vendors, if necessary.

• Maintain material management logs and input material management commitment-related information into databases (such as approved material management reference system, Maximo, etc.)
• Routing materials to assigned storage locations, storing, stacking, or palletizing materials.
• May be required to update approved material management reference system for buyers
• Operate hand and power trucks in performing warehouse duties
• Organize and maintain files
• Other duties as assigned

• Material handling equipment certifications
