Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Logistics Center in Swedesboro, NJ. You will help ensure timely product delivery by performing picking, receiving, put-away, cycle counts, and loading/unloading tasks, with potential forklift operation. Competitive hourly pay starts at $18/hour.

Entry-level positions are available; Level II requires forklift/machine experience. Benefits include 401K match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, health insurance, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• No previous level I experience required; entry-level considered.
• Level II requires at least 1 year forklift/machine operating experience.
• Previous material handling experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify products to reduce errors during picking, cycle counting, receiving and put-away.
• Receive shipments to ensure proper receipt and put-away.
• Maintain cycle count accuracy and inventory control integrity.
• Load/unload trucks and trailers safely and efficiently.
• Unpack goods and verify against purchase orders or invoices.
• Complete pick processes: Paper Pick, Paper Smart Pick, Paperless Pick, Parcel Batch Pick, LTL Pick.
• Lift heavy items and operate a forklift if required.

About The Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in our Logistics Center in a variety of ways, helping us to assure that our customers are getting their product in a timely, efficient manner. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to be a part of a team that works together to meet deadlines, always going above and beyond what is expected. We're excited to meet with you!

What You’ll Do

• Verify products to reduce errors while picking/cycle counting/put away/receiving product properly to meet 100% customer satisfaction.
• In receiving ensure that all packages are received properly and put away properly
• In inventory control ensure integrity of the cycle count process
• Loading/unloading ensure that trucks/trailers are handled appropriately.
• Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
• Complete pick functions encompassing all pick processes: Paper Pick, Paper Smart Pick, Paperless Pick, Parcel Batch Pick, LTL Pick
• Lift heavy items and may operate a forklift.

$18/HR.

What We’re Looking For

• For level I roles, no previous warehouse experience is required, but it is preferred.
• For level II roles, you will need to have at least 1 year of recent forklift/machine operating experience.
• Previous material handling experiences preferred.
• High School/G.E.D. preferred.

Working Conditions:

Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires. Distribution center environment may include exposure to extreme temperatures high noise levels high places wet and/or humid conditions and outside weather conditions.
