Follow all policies and procedures associated with operation of stand-up walkie riders, forklift and other equipment as assigned.* Work safely and comply with WDI policies and processes to ensure proper material handling techniques including lifting, operating equipment, using appropriate PPE; and attend all required safety training.* Responsible to take picked product to wrap machine for weighing and wrapping of product upon completion of order. If the order has a quality issue, associate may be responsible for correcting order , restacking, and re-wrapping to ensure it is correct as needed.* Responsible for the proper care and appropriate operation of company-assigned property and equipment, including plugging in for charging at end of work day.* Responsible to meet attendance and reliability requirements to ensure product is picked and trucks are loaded in a timely manner.* If qualified by management, safely move trucks in and out of Wilsbach warehouse and on Wilsbach property to load/unload products.* All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.## Qualifications* Must be 18 years or older* Ability to count accurately and meet quality standards.* Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs routinely and up to 160lbs as needed.* Ability to stand, walk, climb, reach frequently.* Bend, stoop or crouch as needed.* Previous warehouse picking experience a plus.* Previous use of forklift and/or standup walkie equipment a plus.* Minimum of H.S.
