Continental Services in Lancaster is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, picking, packing, and inventory control. This role offers a $18.00 per hour compensation with a $500 sign-on bonus and full-time employment.

You will use technology (iPad, LightSpeed) to locate items, follow FIFO, load/unload trucks, and maintain a safe, organized workspace while supporting a fast-paced team.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English.
• Comfortable using iPads and inventory systems.
• Strong math skills and detail orientation.

• Organize and maintain inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
• Load and unload trucks for routes and markets.
• Replenish stock and maintain clean, organized work areas.

• Communicate inventory discrepancies to team leaders.
