They will uphold high levels of quality control to ensure accurate order fulfillment. A use of RF scanners and reach trucks to enhance productivity and service delivery. The Associate will also maintain a clean and safe working environment and may operate warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks to handle materials safely and effectively. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities*** Loading, unloading, sorting, and staging inventory in the warehouse* Warehouse up-keep: ensuring organization and warehouse appearance* Ensure inventory stock matches delivery requirements* Safe operation of forklift and other material handling equipment* Scanning and recording of customer orders and inventory* Complete transfers of merchandise* Inspect Warehouse equipment daily* Proper use of lock out/tag out procedures* Must participate in regular inventory counts* Inspecting merchandise for damage* Take inventory and complete associated paperwork**Preferred Skills*** At least one (1) year of warehouse experience* HVAC experience preferred* Forklift certified or ability to become certified* Experience with RF scanners* Attention to detail* Written and oral communication* Able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment* Able to pass a drug and background screening* Ability to lift to 50 pounds## Qualifications**Required Education:** - High school diploma or equivalent **Required Experience:** - Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a plus - Familiarity with inventory management systems is beneficial **Required Skills and Abilities:** - Ability to lift and move heavy items safely - Basic math skills for counting and measuring - Good communication skills for working with team members - Attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes - Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
