Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick-fil-A SupplyCharlotteDistribution Center inKannapolis, NC. Schedule:Split Shift:Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday.from 7 AM to 5:30PMuntil the work is done:

• 4 Day Workweek (4 10-hour days)
• The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

Pay: Starting at $21.25/hour

As a Warehouse Associate, you are a key driver in the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.

• Efficiency and Organization: You’ll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products
• Safety First: Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks and keeping our warehouse clean and safe

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

• Extreme Temperature: Working in rotation through extreme temperatures(–10F to 100F) is requiredto keep our food safe!
• Heavy Weights: Reach, bend, and stoop whilelifting up to 65 pounds per caseduring most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance tomove up to 2,000 pounds.
• Education:High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to understand and communicate job-related information in English (reading, writing, and speaking) at the level reasonably necessary to safely and accurately perform the essential functions of the role, including, for example, understanding and safely following verbal instructions, completing documentation and work responsibilities, and accurately reading and interpreting company communications and policies like safety procedures, training, and tests

Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

• Working in a warehouse and/or material handling is preferred but not required, and previous work in food distribution is a plus
