Job summary

Abacus Solution Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a night shift from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Wednesday through Saturday, with a payrate of $17.50 per hour. The role focuses on inspecting, packaging, and shipping label/print products while maintaining quality standards and following safety rules.

Responsibilities include logging time and materials in the ERP system, coordinating with leads and couriers, and ensuring accurate, on-time shipments.

Qualifications

• Stands 2/3 to full time on the shift daily.
• Lifts up to 50 pounds 1/3 to 2/3 of the shift daily.
• Requires close vision (20 inches or less).
• Color vision to identify colors.
• Regular attendance is essential.

Warehouse Associate

Shift:8:00 PM to 6:30 AM

Payrate: $17.50

Days: Wednesday - Saturday

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Accurately inspects, separates, slots, and packages all label/print products
• Ensures all quality control standards are being maintained.
• Uses ERP system to log time and materials accurately.
• Ensures all shipments are completed and all packages are shipped to the correct person/place as directed by the daily job schedule or as instructed by Lead, Supervisor, job ticket or customer special instructions.
• Communicate problems or quality issues due to printing, laminating or shipping errors to the appropriate individuals.
• Double check all shipments leaving the production facility for any errors before they arrive at the customer.
• May communicate with courier companies and drivers about shipping delays, special courier deliveries, and other issues that may affect customer deliveries.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area, uses required PPE, and follows all safety rules and procedures. Steel Toe Shoes are a Must Have.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
• Compliance with applicable Company policies concerning maintaining a drug free workplace is required.
• Compliance with all Company policies is required including all safety policies and procedures.
