Southern Hobby is seeking a Warehouse Associate, with responsibilities ranging from pulling/shipping/packing orders, stocking inventory, cycle counting, loading/unloading freight and other tasks as directed by the Warehouse Manager. We\u2019re looking for someone who has a great attention to detail and can work at a solid, consistent pace with accuracy. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Pulling, packing, and shipping orders.
• Use of RF Handheld Equipment
• Assists with inventory control and preventing shrinkage
• Helping maintain organization of the warehouse
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere that strengthens the team
• Load and unload freight in a safe and efficient manner
• Learn and memorize warehouse products
• Complete other duties as assigned by warehouse leads or Management staff
• Conducting physical inventory and adjusting discrepancies
• Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area
• Handles complaints related to shipments; notifies supervisor of any shipping or receiving issues
• Other duties are assigned by leadership
• Regular and reliable attendance

• Able to be continuedly standing for the whole shift period.
