Job summary

Misfits Market is seeking a production associate to ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment in our temperature-controlled warehouse. You will select, pack, and prepare orders with attention to quality, using a finger scanner and WMS.

Responsibilities include quality checks, inventory replenishment, safety compliance, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees).
• Strong verbal communications skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and/or possible weekends if the business needs you to.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Use a finger scanner and our WMS interface to locate and pick products from designated areas in the refrigerated warehouse.
• Safely pack items with temperature-sensitive requirements and appropriate packaging.
• Verify items match orders and meet Misfits Market quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products for damages, discrepancies, or expiration issues.
• Work with teammates to achieve daily operational targets.
• Maintain bay inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with other teams.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE in a food-based, refrigerated environment.
• Keep workspace safe, clean, and organized and complete required safety training.
• Maintain knowledge across production areas including box building and prepping.

How you’ll support our operations

As a production associate in our warehouse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer orders. Working in a temperature-controlled environment, you will be responsible for selecting, picking, and packing products with precision and attention to quality. This position requires a detail-oriented and reliable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative team setting

  • Saturday - Wednesday 2PM to 10:30PM

What you’ll be doing

• Utilize a finger scanner and our Warehouse Management System (WMS) interface to accurately locate and select products from designated storage areas within the refrigerated warehouse.
• Safely and efficiently pack selected items into appropriate packaging, considering temperature-sensitive requirements for refrigerated products.
• Ensure that all picked items match customer orders and meet Misfits’ quality standards. Use the appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage or spoliage during transportation.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products to identify any damages, discrepancies, or expiration issues.
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
• Verify and maintain inventory levels within your bay, communicating effectively with other teams to ensure timely replenishment and minimize disruptions.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in a food-based, refrigerated environment.
• Help us maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized workspace. Complete all assigned safety training as required in a timely manner.
• Maintain functional knowledge in all areas of the production line, including box building and prepping.
