Cencora is hiring a Warehouse Associate for Lebanon, IN on a full-time basis. The role operates Monday through Friday, 11:00am to 7:30pm or finish, with starting pay at 19.00 USD/hour and potential to 20.00 USD/hour based on incentives and performance bonuses.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and less than 2 years in warehouse support. CSCP certification is preferred and experience in temperature-controlled handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.
