Job summary

Ultipro in Arlington, TX is seeking a dedicated warehouse worker to pick, pack and ship products for internal and external customers. The role requires operating a forklift, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to safety policies on a 2nd shift schedule (3:00 PM–11:00 PM).

Qualified candidates have 1 year shipping/warehouse experience, a High School diploma or higher, and demonstrate reliability and teamwork. Benefits include medical, 401k, PTO and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Must report daily to Arlington, TX plant and follow policies.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift.

• Verify correct product has been picked/packed.
• Pick machined products from warehouse shelves and floors.
• Pack, box, and load machined products.
• Operate powered industrial truck to pick/pull product.
• Maintain equipment and work area clean and safe.
• Work in other areas or departments as assigned.
• Schedule: 2nd Shift, Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What will you do?

In this role, you will pick, pack, and box products for delivery to our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify products in location through labels or stamps.
• Verify correct product has been picked/packed.
• Pick various machined products from warehouse shelf and floor locations.
• Pack, box, and load various machined products.
• Operate powered industrial truck to pick/pull the product.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and safe manner.
• Work in other areas or departments as assigned.
• Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What are we looking for?

• Average math skills, simple oral communication skills; ability to read and comprehend instructions written in English and complete simple logs and reports in English
• Physically able to handle heavy items including lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning products
• Previous experience operating a forklift preferred
• Work scheduled hours and comply with the company’s timekeeping policy and all other company policies
• Consistently stand for an entire shift
• Knowledge of basic warehouse functions is a plus, as is general mechanical knowledge
