Caterpillar's Morton Distribution Center in Morton, IL is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support parts distribution, performing receiving, picking, packing and shipping. You will operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, and forklifts, using handheld scanners and adhering to safety procedures.

Starting pay is $19.91 per hour with a $1 shift premium for 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:00pm) and 3rd shift (11:00pm-7:00am). Overtime may be required; Day 1 benefits and 401(k) match are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to read, write, and conduct business in English.
• Reliable attendance and strong time-management skills.
• Safety-focused and able to wear PPE.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willing to train and operate material-handling equipment.

As a Caterpillar Warehouse Associate, you support Caterpillar's customers by getting parts from our distribution centers directly to where they need them.
