Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 35–50 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Able to operate carts and hand trucks to move items.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Able to read labels and product documentation.
• Able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety policies.
• Able to operate powered equipment safely (Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Forklift).
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe warehouse environment.
• Attend safety trainings to work safely in a fast-paced setting.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to our stores and guests.
• Move inventory safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area.
• Report on-time and complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through problem solving.
