Job summary

Target is seeking Warehouse Associate roles in Denver, Colorado, starting at $23.65 per hour with a range to $27.61 per hour. Eligible teammates may earn a shift differential of $2.00 to $3.50 per hour based on eligibility.

Duties include packing, loading, and shipping items to stores and guests; maintaining accurate merchandise processing; and keeping a safe, neat work area. You will report on time, work safely, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced retail logistics

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift.
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally throughout a shift.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Must understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Able to operate computer systems or handheld devices after training.

Responsibilities

• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to our stores and guests.
• Follow safety policies and trainings in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete job tasks accurately and on time.
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
