Job summary

Target is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Associate in the Minneapolis area. You will support packing, loading, shipping, and processing merchandise for stores and guests in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Starting pay is $23.35 per hour with a range to $26.35 per hour, plus a shift differential of $2.00-$3.50 per hour based on eligibility. Eligible team members may access a comprehensive benefits package and store discounts.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 35-50 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Basic math skills and ability to read labels and tickets.
• Strong written and oral communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe warehouse.
• Attend safety trainings for safe operation in a fast-paced environment.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise for stores and guests.
• Move freight and inventory efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain a positive attitude while working independently and in a team.
