Job summary

Target is seeking Seasonal Warehouse Associates in King of Prussia. Shifts run on Sundays–Tuesdays and Wednesdays–Saturdays with different start times. Starting pay is $22.80 per hour, with a range of $22.80 to $26.55 per hour, plus possible shift differentials between $2.00 and $3.50 per hour based on eligibility.

Progression opportunities exist based on tenure. As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll help pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests, maintain safety, and support inventory movement

Qualifications

• Lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs frequently.
• Lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
• Able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures to create a safe warehouse environment.
• Attend safety trainings for safe operations in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to our stores and guests.
• Move inventory safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Keep a neat, clean, and organized workspace.
• Report to work on time and complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
