Job summary

Aaron's, LLC seeks entry‑level warehouse personnel in Plainfield, IN to support receiving, stocking, and shipping activities. You will unload trucks, pick product, and help move items while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Responsibilities include labeling, sorting, and using RF scanners; training will cover safety rules and equipment use. Flexibility for various shifts and weather is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous OSHA or employee certification for powered industrial truck operation requested.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load Aaron's inventory on/off trucks.
• Sort and stock products per management standards.
• May work in any dept. within the warehouse as needed.
• Operate equipment only with PIT training and certification.
• Label and serialize products; pick and stage for shipping.
