Proman Staffing in Lockport, Illinois is seeking several Warehouse Associates for full-time, temporary-to-hire roles on the 1st shift. Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with hourly pay of $16.50.

Responsibilities include verifying condition and quantity of goods, auditing returns, maintaining a safe and organized warehouse, supporting operations, and ensuring precision in processes. Teamwork and reliability are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Regularly lift and/or move objects weighing 25-50 pounds.
• Must be willing to abide by a strict attendance policy.
• Must be able to undergo a pre-employment background check & drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Verify the condition and quantity of products being shipped and received.
• Audit returned products, including sorting, strapping, and re-boxing items as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following company procedures, policies, and safety regulations.
• Support warehouse operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all warehouse processes.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity and quality goals.
