Caterpillar Inc. Seguin facility is seeking a Warehouse Associate for 1st shift. You will verify part numbers, locations and quantities from source documents, count parts, and perform basic quality checks for damage or defects.

The role includes operating a sit-down forklift, pallet jack, and overhead hoists, and coordinating with carrier drivers. Responsibilities also include packing, weighing, banding, and wrapping using automated tools, and ensuring compliance with 5S and PPE policies.
