Lindenmeyr Munroe is hiring a Warehouse Associate for 1st shift to safely receive, store, pick, and ship product using RF equipment and standard procedures. You will count stock, verify orders, and move pallets with power equipment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities include labeling and packing for shipment, staging products, and adhering to all safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must operate power industrial and material handling equipment.
• Able to maintain simple logs/records.
• Physically able to lift up to 70 lbs to load/deliver product.
• Proficient in basic math for units, multiplication, division, subtraction.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• CDL Class A license with 1 year driving experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pull, and ship product per Lindenmeyr Munroe policies and RF systems.
• Inspect, fill, and stage product for order fulfillment using RF equipment.
• Count sheets, repack loose sheets as needed, and verify quantities against orders.
• Move pallets using various material handling equipment to dock or trucks.
• Label, pack, and prepare product for safe shipping.
• Maintain safety by following all rules and reporting hazards.
