Job summary

Monster Energy is opening a brand-new Mt. Pocono, PA facility and is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join the damage production team. You’ll power through tasks, manage damaged product labels and placards, and help ensure batch numbers are spot on on each pallet.

You’ll train temps, track lot codes, keep the damage area organized, and rework damaged pallets into good inventory while adhering to safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant training or certifications encouraged (forklift operation, OSHA safety).
• 1–3 years in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Power through tasks in the damage production area with precision.

• 1st Shift: Mon-Thurs 3:00am - 1:00pm 4/10 Schedule
• 1st Shift Fri-Sun 3:00am - 3:00pm 3/12 Schedule

A Day In The Life

In the role of Warehouse Associate at Monster Energy, you'll be a vital part of our dynamic damage production team. Your mission is to power through tasks with precision and energy, managing all damaged product labels and placards for completed pallets, ensuring each case's batch numbers are spot-on. You'll also have the opportunity to energize and guide new team members, sharing your expertise while keeping the damage line running at full throttle. Get ready to unleash your potential in a fast-paced, exhilarating environment where every day brings a new challenge!

The Impact You'll Make

• Make labels for reworked pallets and create placards to properly label reworked pallets.
• Assist in training temps on process and procedures in the damage area.
• Assist in tracking and maintaining correct lot codes.
• Maintain organization in damage area and machinery used in the area.
• Rework damage pallets to be converted to good inventory.
• Create damage reports to be used by inventory team to remove product from system.
• Perform weekly checks for rework area to see if product can be made into full pallets.
• Follow and implement all safety procedures and keep the Damage area clean.

Who You Are

• High school diploma or GED. While formal education is not required, relevant training and certifications, such as forklift operation or OSHA safety, is preferred
• Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in warehouse environment
• Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in supply chain logistics
• Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs
• Preferred Certifications: Forklift operation or OSHA safety certifications beneficial

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Pay Range

$16 - $22 USD
