Job summary

ACR (AmerCareRoyal) is seeking a Warehouse Associate 1 in Edwardsville, IL to receive, store, pick, pack and scan orders for pickup and delivery, ensuring accuracy and safety.

This position will initially report to our Warehouse in St. Louis until the Edwardsville location is ready, with a Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm shift. You will contribute to efficient operations and customer satisfaction by maintaining records and proper materials handling.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience required.
• Ability to operate forklift in compliance with OHSA.
• Forklift certification highly preferred.
• Ability to perform Picking process efficiently.
• Understand basic inventory, warehousing, and stocking procedures.
• Ability to recognize and understand numbers and alpha/numeric codes.
• Ability to work independently with some directions.
• Capable of following written instructions and documented procedures.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform simple math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Team player who works productively with wide range of people.
• Manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Unload floor loaded containers onto pallets and stack them in the proper configuration
• Stage pallets for put away
• Assist in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently
• Move pallets of product from the staging area to the proper storage bins
• Perform internal movement of pallets between storage bins
• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders according to picklist
• Maintain accurate and timely records of material movements written and transacted

This position will initially report to our Warehouse in St. Louis until we are fully moved out and will then report into our new Warehouse location in Edwardsville, IL.

The shift is Monday through Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Warehouse Employees must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move 10 to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and or move 25 to 40 pounds
• Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers to grasp products.
• Ability to work at a rapid pace.
• Climbing and other consistent physical activity required.
