Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Miami, FL to support package processing, driver route prep, and inventory tasks. You will help maintain a safe workspace and assist delivery drivers to ensure smooth community operations.

The ideal candidate is reliable, communicates clearly, and can lift up to 150 lbs with team assistance. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required; we offer competitive pay and benefits.

As an Warehouse Associate, you will help maintain a safe work environment in our warehouse, process packages, pick driver routes, perform inventory audits, clean workspaces, and assist delivery drivers complete and schedule delivery drops at local communities. The ideal candidate is passionate about serving others, a great communicator, proficient using smartphone applications, and a team player.

What You'll Need:

• Lift parcels that weigh up to 150lbs via material equipment or team lift
• The ability to crouch, kneel and stand regularly throughout shifts
• Assist with moving loads of parcels to and from delivery cargo vans and throughout communities
• Close, distance and peripheral vision along with depth perception required during the fulfillment process
• Operate hand-activated pallet jacks and convertible push trucks

$16.35 - $16.35 an hour
