Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Rogers, MN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to unload deliveries, pick and pack orders, and keep inventory accurate. This role operates on 1st shift 6:00AM - 2:30PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities.

You will work with a team to maintain safety and quality standards, and contribute to efficient warehouse operations. A high school diploma is preferred; prior warehouse experience is a plus.

• Inventory management: organizing and maintaining inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate, and conducting regular inventory checks.
• Quality control: inspecting products for defects and damages, ensuring only quality items are shipped.
• Warehouse maintenance: keeping the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety and hygiene regulations.
• Documentation: creating and managing invoices, tracking shipments, and maintaining records of incoming and outgoing goods

JOB DETAILS

Base pay rate is $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

1st Shift: 6:00AM - 2:30PM, Monday - Friday (opportunities for overtime)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy items, often requiring the use of equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring orders are processed accurately and inventory is managed correctly.
• Organizational Skills: Efficiently organizing stock and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Lifting Capacity – ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Mobility – Prolonged periods of time on feet, standing, bending, etc.
• Exposure – Moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and non-climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
