As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse by receiving, stocking, picking, staging, and preparing products for delivery. You will work with a safety-first mindset to ensure orders are accurate, inventory is organized, and warehouse operations run efficiently.

The pay rate for this role starts at $22 per hour based on experience.

Hours:
The hours for this role are Monday through Friday 9am-5:30pm
Warehouse Associate Responsibilities Include:
- Pick, stage, and prepare orders for delivery using RF units or pick tickets.
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming products and materials.
- Verify orders, invoices, and product information for accuracy.
- Label and prepare orders for delivery or shipment.
- Stock and restock products while maintaining organized inventory locations.
- Perform cycle counts, inventory tasks, and assist with quality control.
- Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, parts pickers, and powered pallet jacks as needed.
- Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Cross-train in other warehouse functions to support team efficiency.

Warehouse Associate Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Consistent work history and attendance record.
- Reliable transportation.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Forklift, parts picker, or powered pallet jack experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must meet company background check and drug screen requirements.
Warehouse Associate Working Conditions and Physical Demands Include:
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, reach, lift, push, and pull throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment and safely operate around warehouse equipment.
