Position: Warehouse Associate
Location: Woodland, WA
Pay: $18–$25/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Who We Are:

Opti Staffing is partnering with a local manufacturing company in Woodland that is looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to join their team. This is a hands‑on warehouse position focused on material handling, shipping and receiving, light assembly, and keeping materials organized throughout the facility.

What You’ll Do:

• Move and organize raw materials throughout the facility
• Handle shipping and receiving duties
• Prepare and process shipments through FedEx and UPS WorldShip
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory
• Assist with light assembly and other production‑related tasks
• Use a forklift to move materials throughout the facility
• Keep materials organized and work areas clean
• Assist other departments with material movement as needed
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment

What You Need to Have:

• Previous warehouse, material handling, manufacturing, or shipping/receiving experience is a plus
• Ability to safely move raw materials and other items throughout the facility
• Ability to work on your feet and perform physical warehouse duties
• Reliable attendance and a good work ethic
• Ability to follow directions and work safely

The Musts:

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials
• Willingness to work in a hands‑on warehouse environment

Preferred:

• Forklift experience is ideal
• Shipping and receiving experience
• Experience with FedEx and UPS WorldShip
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Experience performing cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy
• Light assembly experience
• Familiarity with raw materials and material handling
